All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time you placed it. We offer worldwide shipping and the typical delivery time frame is between 9-15 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive items much earlier.

All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Occasionally, packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Yes! We ship to most countries in the world. Packages shipped to international addresses generally take 15-35 business days to arrive after your order is processed. Note that often orders will be passed to and delivered by your country's local post office.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll may be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Order Status & Tracking

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation, however your tracking will not yet be available. After 2-3 days you will receive another email informing you that your order has reached the first checkpoint on its journey and the tracking is now live.

By clicking the page called 'track your order' in the main menu you can then input your tracking number to see the tracking information for your order.

Your order number and tracking number can be found on your shipment confirmation email.

Good question! We send out an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order so that you can make sure to have a receipt. If you did not receive one, and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. Please contact us and we’ll make sure it gets straightened out.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it! 

If Bullskin makes a mistake on your order, we will do everything possible to correct our blunder. Please contact us with your name, order number, and what error occurred (pictures encouraged!) so that we can make it up to you ASAP. In case the mistake was on the customer's side, you will need to cover the costs of reshipment.

If you have not received your package in a timely manner, it may have been lost in transit or is stuck in customs. Please email us so we can personally take care of your situation and get your items delivered ASAP! If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping company's tracking page, we are not responsible for missing parcels (unless you purchased shipping insurance for your order).

Please note that you may have to wait 2-4 days for your tracking information to appear. The tracking information will only become active when your order reaches the first checkpoint on its Journey. When this checkpoint is reached you will receive an email with a link to track your order.

If your order requires international shipping the tracking will not update for a while during the time your order passes over seas.

This is the longest section of your packages journey. Once the package reaches your country the tracking information will update and you will receive your package quickly within a few days.

Unfortunately, in some circumstances your shipment may get delayed. This can be down to a number of reasons, such as extreme weather, custom checks or backlogs.

Please email us right when the order is placed, we may be able to correct the address. But for product variants, colours or engravings, we are not able to change it after the order is placed.

SECTION 6.1 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree that after your order is placed, it is not possible to change address, product variant or engraving. You agree to select the right intended products and variants before completing your order, as well as providing the correct address.

Payment & Ordering

Our orders are fulfilled from a variety of warehouses. Therefore on a rare occasion, one item you've ordered may have been out of stock at your nearest warehouse. Therefore the item will be shipped from another warehouse and may take and may arrive a few days later.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment through PayPal, Debit card, Credit card or VISA. Choose the most suitable option for yourself when you reach the check out screen. All order payments will be finally processed in US dollars USD.

Your order number can be found on your confirmation email. This email is automatically sent straight after you place your order. Search the word 'Bullskin' on the email you used to place your order with and your confirmation should pop up. In some rare cases this may have been moved to your spam folder.

Returns & Refunds

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We sincerely apologize about that and know you were eagerly anticipating your order.

The disappointment of receiving the wrong order is certainly frustrating, so we want make this right for you as quickly as possible.

Please contact us with your name, order number, a list of the item(s) you are missing and, if applicable, a picture of the wrongs items received.

Bullskin issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

-Is canceled by Bullskin

-One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed

-Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Bullskin will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your E-Gift Card.

We do not issue refunds if there is no mistake on our end. However, if we have done any mistake we will be happy to make up our mistake and resend the correct order to you.
